1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is UAB „Horas technologies“, company code 305344403, VAT number LT100012802218, Danės g. 47, LT-92108 Klaipėda, Lithuania. Inostorage is our product.

For all questions about your data, write to us through the contact page, or use the e-mail address or phone number on that page.

2. Which data we collect

When you send a form on this website (contact, demo request, quote request or partnership inquiry), we receive:

• your name, company, e-mail address, country and phone number;
• your message and the choices in the form, for example the inquiry type, the partnership type, your industry and what you are interested in;
• the cabinet configuration, if you send it from the configurator;
• your consent choices, with the date of this policy and the language of the page.

To protect the forms against spam, the form pages use Google reCAPTCHA. It receives technical data from your browser, for example your IP address and information about your browser and device.

You do not have to give us your data. But without your name and e-mail address we cannot answer you.

3. Why we use your data

• To answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a demo or discuss a partnership. Legal basis: steps before a contract that you ask for, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• To protect the forms against spam and misuse with reCAPTCHA. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To send you news and offers by e-mail and phone, only if you ticked the marketing box. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To keep the records that the law requires, for example for accounting if you become our customer. Legal basis: our legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. News and offers

If you agree, we can send you information about Inostorage products, new functions, events and offers by e-mail, and call you about them. This consent is optional. It is not a condition for an answer to your inquiry.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in each e-mail, answer one of our e-mails, or tell us by phone. The withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of what we did before it.

5. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing. Only these recipients can receive it:

• our service providers, who process the data only for us and under our instructions: the company that hosts this website and our e-mail, and Google (reCAPTCHA);
• an Inostorage partner or reseller in your country, but only if you agree, for example when you ask for local delivery or service;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Data outside the European Union

Google can process the reCAPTCHA data in the United States. Google takes part in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. For more information, read the privacy policy and the terms of service of Google.

7. How long we keep your data

• Inquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 2 years after our last contact with you.
• Data of customers and partners: for the time of our business relationship, and after it for the time that the law requires (for example, accounting documents).
• Your marketing consent: until you withdraw it. After that we keep only a record that you withdrew it, so that we do not contact you again.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• get a copy of your data and information about how we use it;
• correct wrong or incomplete data;
• ask us to delete your data;
• ask us to limit how we use your data;
• get your data in a common electronic format (data portability);
• object to the use of your data that is based on our legitimate interest, and object at any time to direct marketing;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

To use a right, write to us. We answer within one month. If we must check who you are, we can ask you for more information.

9. Complaints

If you think that we use your data incorrectly, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, or to the data protection authority in your own country.

10. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It keeps a small amount of data in your own browser, which is not sent to us:

• your configurator layout and your choice of view (realistic or drawing), so that you see them again when you come back;
• a mark that the logo animation was shown, until you close the browser tab.

Google reCAPTCHA, on the form pages, can set its own cookies. You can delete the browser data at any time in the settings of your browser.

11. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Only the people who need the data for their work can see it.

12. Changes to this policy

We can change this policy. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change affects your consent, we ask you again.
